Research and analyses

Conducting higher education research and analyses

Educational research is crucial for analysing the changes that occur in higher education, assessing the success of the teaching process, and for making education policy decisions.

The goal of this field of activity is to obtain reliable information for the improvement of the teaching process, making education policy decisions and creating competence among higher education institutions and research organisations that would guarantee the sustainability of research and the monitoring of teaching processes even after the programme ends.

Measures for attaining this goal:

  • arranging calls for applications for research support and carrying out research;
  • compiling publications and collections of scientific articles to disseminate the results of research projects;
  • commissioning various necessary surveys and analyses in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Research in order to develop higher education policies;
  • arranging training sessions and seminars for the staff that carries out higher education research.
